Project management delivery for MOE school projects including weathertightness remediation and new builds. Undertook a 6 month secondment with Foodstuffs as an internal Project manager, I.e. ‘the client’. Dealt with external project teams and loaded with internal stakeholders for design/construction phases of new build and refurbishments to PaknSave’s and New World’s.

The Co-chair of the Executive Committee of Unitec Early Learning Centre, not-for-profit organisation.Responsible for the governance of the ECE centre. I took over this roll at a time of uncertainty for the centre. The landlord had ended the lease and we explored options for keeping the centre alive by relocating. A new premises was found but unfortunately the potential landlords decided to go a different way with their land. This meant we had no choice but to close down the centre after a long battle. Duties included chairing committee meetings, sub committees, presentations to staff and potential landlords and weekly liaisons with the Centre Manager. I lead the delegation of remaining funds to other not for profit organisations and assisted with requirements to close down the organisation. I also planned the very successful closing down party! This was a voluntary role.

UK wide project management consultancy, based in London, who specialised in Hotels. Worked on refurbishments to live hotels in Oxford, Windsor and London as well as a new build from a shell in Kingston-upon-Thames.

Completed a short contract with a small architectural firm located in London. Worked as an architectural assistant on an apartment building and urban planning in the Bicester area

Worked on delivery of mainly public sector projects, Waterfront Auckland (now Eke Panuku). Experience with urban realm streetscape projects including preparation for Rugby World Cup key public spaces. Also worked on refurbishments of old buildings including Shed 10 on Queens Wharf and the initial phase of the now fully completed Westhaven Promenade.
