-> Provide business and analytical support for the Platform Operations VP or Manager, including budgeting, rolling forecasting, business evaluation and profitability analysis, Ops meeting preparation.-> Perform Income Statement and Balance Sheet review and analysis.-> Act as liaison between the Platform Groups and regional Financial Service Managers / Country Controller functions.-> Acquisition support for the Platform Operations VP, including due diligence effort, transaction support and Post-closing integration support.-> Provide Sarbanes Oxley 404 and internal control support and assistance to the single-Group Division Controllers as required.

-> Support the internal audit department in its responsibilities to deliver assurance service to management by providing independent audits assessments of business risks, regulation compliance and internal control assessments.-> Ensure the integrity of financial data and provide value-added recommendations to management.-> Provide work direction to the Audit team to ensure quality, efficiency and timeliness in the performance of audit engagements.-> Demonstrates support for innovation and for organizational changes needed to improve the organization’s effectiveness; initiating, sponsoring, and implementing organizational change.-> Provide a flow of communication between operating management and the Vice President – Audit.-> Provide assistance in the recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating and supervising of staff personnel.-> Develop or revise department policies and audit programs.

-> Evaluate operational effectiveness and business systems at primary Asia/Pacific locations.-> Evaluate internal controls; ensure that all the controls are in place in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. -> Ensure accuracy and appropriate accounting treatments by checking the supporting documents and the compliance with local accounting policies.-> Analytically review financial performance through analysis on the financial statements, internal management reports as well as reviewing the correctness and completeness of all the reports generated.-> Communicate with the top management regarding the findings or issues noted from the audit work, recommend possible solutions or suggestions to improve business operation.

-> Provide assurance and advisory service to multinational companies amongst consumer production & retailing, IT, service and manufacturing industries.-> Engaged in the planning, execution and finalisation of financial audits for large or medium sized companies. Work independently in a leading position with good team work spirit. -> Give guidance on how to prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, US and PRC GAAPs under statutory, financial reporting and IPO requirement.-> Provide value added information to clients through financial analysis such like financial management and cost analysis. -> Understand the business environment, accounting and operational cycles, issue management points and possible solutions for the control weakness points.
