• Drafting and negotiating insurance white label agreement, large material outsource agreements including telephony, compliance software programs and a wide variety of supplier agreements. • Engaged and managed external resources.• Contract dispute resolution and negotiating terminations. • Assisting the company secretary team and employment law team.

• Drafting and negotiating agreements for and advising on a number of different relationships including non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, pilot agreements, letters of intent and critical outsourcing service contracts. • Reviewing commercial contracts for the business departments, giving advice on documentation and existing contracts, negotiating with suppliers to find the most commercially and legally appropriate solutions.

Seats: Banking, Client Secondment, Corporate and Employment.

Working closely with traders, trade support, client services, risk teams and the agent bank to ensure timely settlement of security loan trades in the European markets. The role required keen problem solving skills, excellent analytical and numerical skills, the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, the ability to work in a high-pressured fast paced environment, and the ability to question existing processes and seek improvement.
