Hi I'm Kate and I'm a life coach, mentor and adhd communicator/strategist.My skills and knowledge are wide ranging and I work with people from all walks of life. I am a certified results coach, and I combine this with traditional coaching and mentoring to support my clients in creating ownership of their future and the changes they are making towards it.I also work with individuals and families who have, suspect they have adhd or are sharing a close world with someone with adhd. I provide insight into adhd and life in general from 46 years of living with it, 42 of those undiagnosed unmedicated. 22 years of raising daughters with adhd, 20 years of fostering children, 10 years of raising a medically fragile child, 13 years of being a business owner, 17 years as a solo parent and 46 years of being an abuse survivor.
