Event Emporium is a boutique event agency. Event Emporium creates corporate product launches, brand activations and experiential events all centered around creating a rememberable experience for all involved. Event Emporium strives to bring brands closer to their audiences across the globe for clients including Qantas, Porsche, Samsung, and Accor. Through the role of Design and Development Coordinator, my responsibilities consisted of creating client presentations, explaining the “vision” for the event, establish the protocols, liaise with stakeholders, oversee events and ensure the safety of attendees. I was required to undertake the appropriate closure of events including the preparation of event/project closure documents, and drafting and reviewing lessons learned in an effort to ensure that the team and I continue to develop and grow with each event.

As an Resident assistant, I had the opportunity to interact with over 200 residential students and be aware of their needs, values and lifestyles. The position entailed caring for internal and domestic residential students, promoting a strong sense of community and mutual respect on the residential floors as well as liaising with relevant ICMS staff about incidents and approbate residential information.
