What followed was many successful years launching and strategising the careers of UK household names as an agent. I then felt the call to collaborate with creators in a different way - as opposed to 'selling' them, I wanted to be on the front line of developing opportunities and giving creators a voice upstream in the commercial process - this led me to head up talent partnerships at the award-winning Stylist Group and build podcast brands at the world's biggest podcast company. Bringing together my vast experience and proven track record from working with creators from different perspectives, I have now entered my most fulfilling era running my own creator partnership businesses. I have seen the transformative effect true collaboration between brands and creators has on campaigns.
