I'm a nationally board certified Physician Assistant with experience in Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Clinically, my focus is in prevention, addressing the root cause of illness, weight management, anti inflammatory diet and lifestyle, behavioral health/mental wellness, gut health and stress management. I utilize motivational interviewing and other tools to help people form sustainable healthy habits. I'm passionate about making quality health care more accessible, as well as improving systems and support for healthcare workers in the workplace. I've worked in a fast growing, early start up telemedicine company in behavioral health, and saw first hand how life changing this access can be for patients. Aside from my clinical experience, I've collaborated with other departments through company growth, as well as supervised and mentored staff members. I'm a natural problem solver, using intuitive and data driven decision making to create solutions and action steps with short and long term goals in mind.
