I joined Janssen Pharmaceutical in January 2014 working within the training department as a training administrator. My job function was to perform the administrative duties required within the training department, to give systems training and to assist on projects within other departments from HR to Operations departments. I also participated in Volunteer Programmes "Business in the Community"​ and the "Junior Achievement Programme".

Working in the Wooden Spoon my position involved opening and closing the restaurant, meeting and greeting customers and dealing with any problems or issues that arose. This often proved challenging and required good problem solving, communication and people skills. Avvio is a search engine company which helps the public in booking hotels. My role in the organisation focused mainly on uploading information about hotels to their websites and securing the links from one website to another. It entailed understanding many computer systems and programmes.

As a sales assistant my job entailed dealing with the customers, ensuring that all stock was recorded and displayed in the shop. I took orders, made sales and assisted in ordering in new stock.

As an accounting assistant I mainly dealt with recording day to day activities, sending out invoices, collecting receipts and dealing with the petty cash.
