In alignment with WESCO Corporate daily management goals, ensured KPIs were targeted to support controlling margin bleed.● Created and managed (7) dashboards, each with 10+ reports, in SalesForce.com to ensure transparency and ease of access to the KPIs for each team within WES.● Organized and ran monthly KPI check-in meetings with each team, reviewing targets and actuals, promotingdiscussion around process changes and implementation.● Reported out each team’s KPIs (actuals and targets) as well as any trends in reason codes to uppermanagement each month, providing insight to potential margin leak through trend analysis andrecommendations for potential resolutions. As a result, the average final billing margin for projects wentfrom 18.5% to 23.8%.
