While working for this company I moved around to multiple departments to learn all our products and their functions and how to best match a consumer to the product they are needing. After doing my time in each department I was chosen to become a bridal consultant. I was able to answer any questions and concerns recently engaged couples had about products we sold in our store while they set up their registry. I was expected to learn the couples needs and wants to ensure their first home is perfect and helped their loved ones find extra special gifts when they come into the store to shop off the couples registry.
