I worked as part of a team in the shoe department in Brown Thomas Cork. As part of my work, I handled sending daily reports detailing sales that occurred throughout the day. I also prepared a weekly brand analysis detailing which brands sold the best within the department during the week. I also put through both online sales and phone sales. I ensured the floor is tidy at all times as well as greeting customers and treated them with the highest quality of customer service. This was a busy department which involved multitasking and team work to ensure every job is completed. I also had to work the till system and ensure it is cashed up correctly each evening.
