-Lead, expand, and engage the paid leave supporter base throughout the U.S. by building diverse networks of paid leave validators, supporters, and advocates including health care professionals, business leaders, working people, parent and caregivers, elected officials, and members of the faith community.-Develop and coordinate a robust program to get the real experiences of people across the U.S. into the media and in front of key legislators.-Produce campaigns, on the ground actions, reports, and events to move legislators to support paid leave.

-Led one of the largest field programs in the state for the 2018 gubernatorial election to talk with voters and elevate environmental issues.-Integrated the field program with digital work to run an innovative and robust program.-Served as the statewide America Votes Ohio Coalition Get Out The Vote Field Director.

-Implements the AFL-CIO year round political, issue mobilization and communication program in Ohio.-Build structures for successful and sustainable mobilization that strengthens state federation and central labor council program in politics, legislation and organizing.

-Execute unified strategic political campaign plans with affiliated unions and community partners-Develop and implement strategies to mobilize union members and provide effective support to labor leaders-Initiate and guide conversations to educate and empower members on issues that affect the labor movement

-Build, train, and maintain a network of political activists to execute AFSCME's political action program-Education union members about political issues that affect their livelihoods and motivate them to take action-Raise funds from AFSCME members for the union's Political Action CommitteeAssignments:-Indiana "Right-to-Work" Legislation (January 5-26, 2012): Organized members in Indiana to lobby against the legislation and to attend rallies at the State Capitol-Wisconsin Governor Recall Election (April 27-June6, 2012): Coordinated efforts with the We Are Wisconsin campaign and AFSCME to help build a coalition of volunteers in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Get Out The Vote for the recall election; Organized and trained volunteers to canvass neighborhoods

-Coordinated efforts among labor unions and coalition partners in Butler County to successfully repeal OH-Senate Bill 5-Organized and trained volunteers to canvass neighborhoods and participate in phone banks-Oversaw that Get Out The Vote operations at the county seat staging location ran efficiently and effectively
