Working directly under the creative director for Mena Interiors has widely broadened my knowledge of what goes into the design and build of a high end residential project. I have been able to oversee almost every stage of a project, including but not limited to:- Initial designs and client meetings.- Professional 2D technical drawings including plans, elevations, electrical plans and details.- Putting together budgets, building specifications and schedule of works.- Designing bespoke joinery and furniture pieces. - Submitting applications e.g. Building control, Planning, Party Wall agreements along with all relevant drawings. - Producing professional 3D visual renders- Compiling design boards - Taking part in and arranging site meetings with all contractors.

Sutton Life Centre is a unique community based facility. It combines a number of facilities including Citizenship zones (Educational school tours), meeting rooms, library, sports pitch, climbing wall and event spaces.Responsibilities include: - Assisting with marketing- Designing advertisement- Key member of a new team bought in to be innovative and increase usage of building- Organising community events- Dealing with bookings from enquiry to invoicing.- Hosting school tours (Citizenship tours for Year 6 & Year 8's)
