Serves as Executive Director of Lifecycle WomanCare (LWC), once known as The Bryn Mawr Birth Center , one of the oldest and largest freestanding birth centers in the country. Pregnancy care, along with GYN care, contraceptive care, menopausal care, childbirth and family education and lactation support is provided. LWC is licensed as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, with an annual budget of approximately $5.8 million and 60 employees.Oversees all operations including financial oversight, budget, payroll, human resources, administrative and professional staff, contracts, and physical plant, and compliance with accreditation and healthcare requirements and regulations, as well as external relationships with insurers and other healthcare entities.
