Physician Trainer:Facilitate effective workflow training for over 3500 physicians, nurse practitioners, and other provider-level users to ensure clinician success after Epic go-live.Manage and implement projects and initiatives within the training division at Epic, including but not limited to:- Manage a physician training pilot project to incorporate trainee feedback and improve trainee retention and experience. Oversee customer progress, scheduling, and logistics while keeping up with curriculum development.- Spearhead international training efforts to increase training environment build efficiency.- Work with SMEs and other stakeholders across Epic and customer teams to revamp Hospice Provider training materials and inform changes to Palliative Care, Internist-Family Medicine, and other specialty lessons.- Coordinate on-site post-live efficiency training for multiple customers.- Serve as a Supply Shop Coordinator, working internally to staff customer support requests within the training divisionTraining Project Manager:- Manage training success for customers during refuel efforts and initial implementations, identifying key stakeholders.- Develop training milestones, due dates, and tasks in partnership with customer training leadership.- Ensure accountability to task deadlines, resulting in successful training efforts at customer sites.

- Educate nurses, aides, and other healthcare staff on key workflows to ensure success at go-live- On-site clinician support for workflow and personalization throughout implementation of Epic software and in the months post-live- Curriculum development - development of training materials for End User Training

• Plan and implement recruitment efforts targeting high school students, including territory management of five counties in Illinois• Independently coordinate fall and spring travel to high school visits and college fairs, and manage recruitment-related travel communications• Review applications and make appropriate admissions decisions based on a comprehensive review of applicant data• Coordinate minority-serving recruitment events including LLAVE: Latinos Logrando Altas Visiones Educativas, an on-campus visit day hosted in Spanish for Latinx students and their Spanish-speaking families, and Wheels to Whitewater, a targeted visit day for URM students.• Assist in coordination and facilitation of on-campus admissions events, including daily tour presentations, Warhawk Preview Days, and group visits• Provide virtual presentations for university-specific information sessions, coordinate virtual targeted recruitment events and general admissions information sessions• Maintain effective communication with perspective students, their families, and high school counselors through phone and email as well as in person during high school visits, college fair events, and campus visits

• Recruited incoming freshmen students, reviewed and accepted applications, and coordinated program logistics for the ULEAD program.• Developed content and coordinated all logistics and staffing for the fall 2018 open house for the Career & Leadership Development Department on the UW-Whitewater campus• Co-coordinated all event logistics for the UW-W 150th Anniversary Summer Concert Series• Developed professional development curriculum for 2018-19 student interns• Designed and curated content for the student employment page on the Career & Leadership Development website

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Make a Difference Day, a volunteer event where over 500 UW-Whitewater students participate in volunteer activities in Whitewater and Janesville as well as developing and implementing on-campus marketing strategies for the 2018 Polar Plunge and Make a Difference Day• Conducted outreach to find and organize service opportunities for M.A.D.D. and maintain relationships with project sites• Received, organized, and posted all incoming community service opportunities to social media and relevant web pages• Collaborated with the Student Involvement Office team to strategize successful initiatives for the office.
