• Producing high-quality organisation and delivery of all regional events for Canterbury, Westland, Marlborough and Nelson• Develop and implement project plans which include key milestones, timelines, consultation process, stakeholders, budget and resourcing requirements.• Creating and delivering marketing plans for each event ensuring that we capture relevant audiences.• Producing annual conferences • Managing all Presidential Gala events in the South Island, ranging from graduation ceremonies for 300 members, to 3 course dinners for 100 high achievers• Using my skills and expertise to plan effective events that are appropriate for each region. • Coordinating travel for speakers/VIP’s for each event• Preparation of budgets for each financial year• Providing excellent customer service as the main point of contact for all members in the Regions

• Preparing quotes for expo’s and conferences• Communicating with clients as to their specific requirements for shows such as panels, flooring, signage and electrics• Organising floor plans of venues for anything between 5 and 90 booths• Managing internal communications between branches to ensure that all departments involved in each event have all the information required• Communicate with external parties such as venues and suppliers to ensure that all timings and deadlines are covered including power and lighting/AV equipment/sub-hire requirements• Creating Site Specific Safety Plans for every event, and ensuring that all venue specific health and safety requirements are adhered to by all members of staff• Liaising with clients and exhibitors to ensure that all requirements are met• Quality control of both service and product – over seeing staff/product to ensure they meet a high quality• Maintaining existing client relationships by adapting a level of service and product to meet their changing requirements where necessary• Control of invoicing from quote to final invoice, adjusting quotes through the communication process in the months leading up to the event as required, and organising deposits and final invoices• Manage all on site services as required – any additions/changes from exhibitors/venue/contractors/organisers and to ensure that these are done in a timely manner• Organising flights/accommodation for events outside of Christchurch

• Interviewing and selecting staff for a range of venues within Dublin• Training and inducting new members of staff • Creating and updating venue specific induction packs for new members of staff• Providing a 24/7 on call service to all clients including 5* hotels and sporting venues• Liaising with clients and managers to provide the highest standard of staff specific for each event • Planning in advance to ensure we will have the staff available for each venue when required• Overseeing the payroll of temporary staff on a weekly basis• Managing a database of 250 staff• Organising a high volume of staff within a small time frame
