Hospitality and spirits are my passion. I have 22 years in the hospitality industry across a wide variety of roles. Including venue management, staff training, assistant gin distiller, consultancy, bespoke event planning and delivery. I oversee the UK Operations at Gin Journey. This involves creating and leading city tours that take guests to a variety of cocktail bars to learn about a particular spirit and / or cocktail. We operate across 7 locations in the UK. Alongside the creation and delivery of the tours I hire and train hosts, develop sustainable long lasting relationships with brands and venues as well as collaborate on marketing projects.
