My background of achievement as a national level tennis player has provided the foundations to demonstrate the leadership, pro-activity and drive necessary for high achievement. Winning a four-year tennis scholarship to the U.S, I was able to successfully adapt to the challenge of a new country matching academic performance (3.8GPA) with sporting success. As a Level 3 tennis coach, my communication and organisational skills have allowed me to cultivate enthusiasm and encourage improvements in others. I am a team player who thrives in collaborative environments. I have a proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. My excellent interpersonal skills enable me to build strong working relationships and establish rapport with individuals at all levels of an organisation. I have also challenged my enormous passion for sport into increasing community engagement, funding, and accessibility across multiple disciplines. Leading effective marketing and development plans has given a taste for shared success and collaboration that I want to carry through to the exciting next stage of my career.
