I just wrapped up my position at Ephemeral Tattoo as the head of Brand partnerships, a startup that made waves as the first tattoo that disappears. I was with the company for 2.5 years, starting in content and social management and moving over to brand partnerships and event production as the company grew. As with the world of startups, the company recently restructured giving me the exciting opportunity to shift into freelance production and partnership work.At Ephemeral I managed both on the ground production teams and creative talent to bring brand stories to life both digitally and physically. Ephemeral's interactive activations and brand partnerships generated a yearly revenue of $180k and over 10 million views on branded social accounts. During my time there I developed, curated, and produced 50+ brand partnerships and events with brand clients such as Audible at SxSW, Poosh, Match.com, the NBA, and Team USA of the Olympics. Celebrity clients included Iggy Azalea, Rachel Zoe, Nessa Barett and more. This position gave me an impressive rolodex of industry connections I can tap for future event production work, including hotels, venues, brands and creative talent.In a relatively short time at Ephemeral, I brought brand collaborations to life in a way that was profitable, buzzworthy, and unexpected for all partners. While this was my first official position in brand partnerships, in my past I have worked in content production flexing many of the same muscles, managing and producing large scale content shoots at editorial magazines (The WILD Magazine, RUDE zine) and with brands such as Maria Sharapova's candy company and W Hotels. Both through editorial and digital, I created engaging campaigns at every step: concepting to casting, shoot logistics to day of production, digital rollout strategy to post-shoot readouts.
