• Collaborate with CMO to lead new product development, brand planning and integrated marketing plans leading to double digit growth year over year.• Lead key account marketing activities for the following: Ulta, Beauty Brands, Sally Beauty Supply, Saloncentric (L’Oreal), and Cosmoprof stores (Beauty Systems Group).• Developed and implemented marketing campaigns in key accounts totaling approximately $15MM in incremental annual sales.• Develop and execute cohesive programs and campaigns for both consumer and trade in alignment with new product launches, existing product upsell and new market development. • Devise and execute PR and digital marketing campaigns across multiple verticals for both B2B and B2C audiences.• Secured sponsorship of WWD Beauty Summit and exclusive beauty tool sponsor at WWD & Variety’s Style Makers event.• Established strategic partnership with Bright Pink®. Lead annual item launches, donating 50% of sales to the organization. Exceeded donation goal by 65% in first year and secured distribution at Ulta.• Secured sponsorship for national television show Global Beauty Masters on TLC, with exclusive product categories and two commercial spots. • Partner with business analysts and finance team to reassess budget and reporting structure with a goal of more relevant, actionable data and analyses.• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research in both professional and consumer markets through competitive analysis, salon advisory board, focus groups, product testing, salon/shopping studies, volumetric forecasting and select secondary research.• Manage tradeshow strategy including all creative aspects to improve customer experience.
