Responsible for defining and managing the Governance for the Transformation Portfolio across Capita Experience.This includes: Managing the Investment process and benefits tracking; Providing assurance to ensure the success of key projects and programmes; Defining and maintaining transformation methods, processes, tools, templates and training; Overseeing business operations for the Transformation function; Resource Management for all Transformation supply & demand.

As part of the Transformation team, I led the newly established Capita Experience Divisional PMO and the Investment Governance Office.
