Having worked in international development for over 15 years, which also included living, studying and working overseas in a number of countries, I am passionate about community-led development, health systems strengthening, gender, disability and social inclusion, and international politics.In my current role, I manage a team of nine staff who support World Vision Field Offices in the Pacific region with implementing a range of multi sectoral and integrated projects in Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste and Vanuatu. We have a large institutional grants portfolio of over 40 projects, valued over AUD 150 million (life of award). Institutional donors that we work with includes DFAT, European Union, Global Fund and UN entities, and we also implement a number of private funding initiatives. My primary role is focused on overseeing and supporting my team in providing quality and timely grant management and compliance support to Field Offices and in working with donors, supporters and partners. In addition, I also undertake strategic planning and oversight, business development and resource mobilisation, financial planning and reporting, and ensuring adherence with DFAT accreditation.
