The goals of the Care Farming Network include increasing awareness of Care Farming, building a community of care farmers, and building the capacity for farmers in the U.S.

Hamline Midway Coalition (HMC) is an action-oriented, neighborhood-based organization that develops and supports resident-led initiatives in Community Building, Transportation, Economic Development, and general neighborhood improvement. HMC also coordinates participation in public policy decision making and provides high-quality information to the community on matters of public interest.

Pet Haven rescues and re-homes cats and dogs, spays and neuters to reduce overpopulation, promotes companion animal welfare, and advocates on behalf of companion animals.

Manage Eureka’s operations department, to include staffing, staff development, team building, training, and effective teamwork and coordination of operations’ personnel.Creates annual work plans, goals, and budgets, and working collaboratively with department managers, implements those plans. Coaches managers on strategies to meet goals and proactively measures and communicates performance on regular basis. Works closelywith the staff leadership and management teams to ensure organizational and departmental capacity to effectively meet operations goals in a timely manner. Goals will include those set in fleet, facility and maintenance functions as well as safety and loss prevention, and staffing and retention.Manages the work performance of operations staff; provides overall leadership, direction,coordination, and evaluation. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Eureka’spolicies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning,assigning, and directing work; appraising staff strengths and performance; creating plans to developstaff to their highest potential within the organization; mentoring and recognizing staff; addressingconflicts and resolving problems.
