Security Guard
Current* Spearhead the development and maintenance of comprehensive training documents for the security team within the dispatch center (SOC), optimizing onboarding processes and shortening training periods* Communicate with the security team to ensure daily operations go smoothly and maintain a safe and welcoming environment, noted in multiple 5 star performance reviews and merit based raises * Assist guests over phone and email with both security and non-security related inquiries, supporting the museum's mission and providing excellent customer service while managing daily security responsibilities* Document between ten and fifty activity logs, work orders, operational reports, and updates daily, efficiently and accurately, for future reference, analysis, and to facilitate inter-department communication* Execute routine equipment checks and troubleshooting in the dispatch center, promptly reporting issues and communicating technical details effectively, contributing to a reduction in downtime incidents
