I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, I have clinical experience as a physiotherapist where I provided evidence-based treatment and exercise programs for patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and neuromuscular conditions. I also have non-clinical experience as a client and HR relationship manager at Gilani Engineering, where I managed a new portfolio of home modification projects and vehicle modifications within the NDIS space. Additionally, I utilise negotiation strategies and advocate for the health benefits of good work to liaise with multiple stakeholders across the claim and ensure that return to work goals are communally met.
