I am a recent graduate from Arizona State University, holding a bachelor's degree in Health Science (Healthy Lifestyle Coaching). Throughout my educational journey, I have gained valuable experience and skills that I am eager to apply in a professional setting. One of my notable experiences involved providing dedicated coaching support to a client with heart failure, assisting her in adhering to her doctor's diet recommendations and facilitating positive lifestyle changes. I effectively utilized the coaching process to empower her in making informed decisions about managing her condition. Additionally, I developed and managed an independent blog focused on healthy recipes, drawing on my educational knowledge to curate original content. Within this role, I took on various responsibilities including writing, photography, and marketing, continuously refining the blog to enhance user experience and engagement. Furthermore, I have practical experience as an assistant nurse, supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety through tasks such as assessments, vital sign monitoring, and infection control practices.Moving forward, my goal is to secure a remote position in health and wellness coaching, where I can utilize my educational background and practical experience to empower individuals in achieving their health goals.
