I am a solicitor (tax) at Matheson LLP where I advise domestic and international clients on various tax matters, including M&A, corporate restructuring, financing, and disputes. I have a Bachelor of Civil Law from Dublin City University and a Professional Practice Course I and II from the Law Society of Ireland. I have also obtained certificates in commercial mediation and technology law, which enhance my skills and knowledge in these areas. I completed a 2.5-year traineeship at Matheson, where I gained valuable experience in different practice areas, including energy and infrastructure, corporate M&A, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and tax. I also had the opportunity to work in the London office of Matheson, where I am now based. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to my clients, collaborating with my colleagues, and learning from the best in the industry.
