- Policy Lead on Action 1 of Civil Service Reform plan, working bilaterally with senior commercial and transformational leads to agree opportunities for new commercial models across HMG.- Supported establishment of the Commercial Portfolio and Crown Representative teams, to achieve central renegotiation of Government contracts, saving over £800m in 2010/11 and £450m in 2011/12.- Conceived and project managed event for over 800 public and private sector delegates to publicise £50bn of future procurement opportunities.

Led a team of policy advisors to represent UK interests in public procurement discussions at international level (European fora and World Trade Organisation), and resolution of infraction cases against UK contracting authorities.
