As part of The Eventuality Group, Bar Nation deliver service & profit focused bar contracts for some of the UK's best events and festivals. In 2019 we had contracts for 17 festivals and events. Working directly for the Eavis' Glastonbury Site Office team the Project Coordinator contract is a hugely logistical role and an integral part of the infrastructure build and break down of the event. This annual live in, onsite role as Site Vehicle Manager is coordinating the huge fleet of vehicles, trucks, gators, 4x4's and SUV's used for the infrastructure build, festival crews and de-rig. The role is based in the Worthy Farm main site office, alongside the core management organisers where the logistics, infrastructure, licensing, sustainability, security and finance is controlled.

Award winning CCC Events have been running successful corporate event days for 25 years. As event manager for 190 corporate events across the UK and Europe for some hugely successful brands and global companies, working in such a busy environment taught me the meticulous planning and delivery skills needed in event organising. Every day is different, so flexibility and the ability to react quickly and efficiently is key, as is being able to manage several projects at the same time and keeping to very tight deadlines. The events generally ranged from 6 to 600 people.

With interests in marketing and social media I took on an active role within our social media team, as editor to one of CCC's three blog sites and contribute as a writer in a team of 4.I thoroughly enjoy writing about the fantastic corporate event days we provide for our clients, and love the oppoortunity to get creative with photography onsite.

My passion for food and cooking led me to take on development projects for the catering division, which included a re-inventory of all catering warehouse equipment, designing stocktake systems and writing a practical training session for one of the most popular corporate events. I wrote the food safety management systems and delivered training to staff of all levels which gained CCC Events the 5 star food safety license they are proud of.

Boost Marketing specialise in writing award entries for many successful companies in the UK, so we would carry out research projects and select relevant information to support their entries. It was also my role to assist intheir monthly direct marketing activities using database management.
