My main role was to ensure consistent brand representation, including the creation of program briefs and work orders. This entailed overseeing the seasonal store signage map and ensuring execution with Visual Merchandisers and coordination store communiations. I assisted in the management of monthly marketing calendars - maintaining the thematic messaging, tracking updates, and communicating to all cross-functional partners.

Managed the Customer Innovation Center, serving as a host for both existing and prospective customers with a primary emphasis on product education and fostering innovation. Responsibilities included conducting tours of the Innovation History exhibit, facilitating product demonstrations, and coordinating visits to the on-site laboratories. I coordinated monthly Executive conferences and thought leadership sessions with SME and industry leaders. Post-COVID, I transitioned to supporting the development of marketing materials, including product knowledge resources, event collateral, and conducting research and data collection for Xerox’s sales enablement app.
