Provide administrative support to Senior team members. Book and manage complex global travel arrangements and itineraries. Work closely with external partners, assistants, vendors and other stakeholders to schedule meetings and events. Respond to a variety of requests in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Manage calendars and work closely with internal and external parties to schedule meetings, calls, and other events. Daily compliance checks and monthly reports submitted on time and correctly. Reconcile and submit expense reports on a monthly basis for the President and Executive VP. Update internal database and contacts. Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the organization. Order supplies for the office, keeping within budget. Handle and own special projects on an ongoing basis with conflicting time restraints. Superior attention to detail.
