Overseeing the consumer recruitment team specialising in the delivery of consumer participant recruitment briefs and various programmes of work. Offering a consultative and specialist approach to consumer recruitment. Managing key contracts, ensuring the efficient management of all existing clients, as well as supporting on-boarding new clients and contracts. Leading a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers who recruit for website testing, app testing, games testing, service design, 121 interviews, workshops, card sorts and more.

Specialising in consumer research projects, I take ownership of a number of participant recruitment projects in the user research industry. From briefing and project set up, to delivery of participants for qualitative user research studies, the role involves handling the participant journey, and consulting with clients on their needs. I recruit for website testing, app testing, games testing, service design, 121 interviews, workshops, card sorts and more. We work to strict deadlines and to challenging briefs and I’ve never yet not been able to recruit to one, I love a challenge!

My roles and responsibilities included effective communication, including the ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I also prepared detailed reports and presented this information to clients. My role encompassed servicing accounts from the implementation to reviewing data, and reporting to clients and management. I also ensured accuracy in Billing, whilst building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, brands and the field team. I believe that one of my strengths in this role was prioritising client needs within time frames and also to budget. There were many times where last minute alterations by clients were encountered in which I had to act upon and resolve to ensure deadlines were met. I was also responsible for managing workload to the Administrators and providing/ offering support to ensure CLA’s and KPI’s were consistently met.

This was my first role within the business and a great introduction into client management and liaison. My main responsibilities included the collection and sorting of data to efficiently manage to present via the means of reports and presentations. I supported Account Coordinators with ad hoc work as well as answering queries via telephone and email to the field team and Regional Managers. One of my main roles was to write briefing documents to the field team to ensure those working on the merchandising were carrying out their tasks correctly, accurately and in line with the clients demands.
