I am a Social Media Manager and Digital Content Creator who helps corporations manage content across channels and platforms, and builds a robust, engaged, audience to increase key performance indicators. My expertise is in content creation, SEO, editorial calendar prioritization, analytics, social media management systems, and branding. I hold a certification from Hootsuite in social media marketing and will obtain my master’s in Communication with a concentration in public relations in May of 2025. Previous Work ExperienceBefore becoming a social media manager, I spent 6 years working on internal and external employee communications with a heavy focus on executive level content. I previously managed c-suite executive talking points, and personal LinkedIn profiles. Most recently I managed a CEO, CFO, and COO level profile as well as a main corporate handle with multiple pages. Currently, I manage 10+ social media handles in country and internationally. I oversee several business areas and work with social media leads to govern best practices, utilize a consistent brand tone, and voice, branding guidelines and visual components across channels. I recently led a YouTube refresh and playlist optimization working group and simplified playlist from 77 down to 45, a 41% increase, overall improving our SEO. Personal Interests and Future Endeavors When I am not creating digital content, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young sons. I can most likely be found at the beach, attending a monster truck show per the littles, or at a local winery. I have a deep-rooted passion in helping individuals, leading with empathy, and creating content following the storytelling approach. I have an interest in AI generated content and would love to explore how communicators can effectively utilize this technology as it continues to evolve.
