Responsible for the marketing communications strategy, campaign planning, execution, monitoring and analysis of Sportsco, Comfort & Fit and Hemyped Brands. We have recently become the master franchise for adidas Australia I have led the project roll out plans for the 6 stores ensuring the stores open on time, to brand guidelines with the right products and launch marketing plans in place, keeping all stakeholders informed and on track. I have an up to date understanding of the digital landscape and an ability to use this knowledge to incorporate this into the marketing strategy. I have overseen the rebuild of 3 website platforms including the integration into our POS systems. I manage and optimise digital and traditional advertising with a strong focus on Retail and the customer experience. I joined the Atomic Group to drive a rebrand strategy to future proof the Sportsco business and find its niche in a competitive marketplace. We completed the same product when we acquired Homyped. Product and Ecommerce also falls under my guidance which includes setting OTB and negotiating supplier trading terms. I sit on the leadership team and have a team of 6 direct reports and have strong relationships with both internal and external key stake holders. I have strong experience in store design, shoplift management, improving the customer experience, budget management, managing a team, dealing with external agencies and suppliers to drive the best outcomes for the business.
