Also partnered with MET Labor Engineering to validate findings of labor attrition analysis; used 5-point summary and outlier removal to determine that results were trustworthy for difficult-to-staff and moderately difficult-to-staff stores. Analyzed emails sent to three different MET SSC shared inboxes over 3-month time period. Found that associates on these teams were spending ~6.5-8.5 hours a week answering these emails. Used results to highlight need for automatic email responses/automatic forwarding. Performed analysis on store-level aged bay count vs. staffing level; used side-by-side boxplots and Mann-Whitney U test to look for statistically significant differences between staffed/understaffed stores. Shared findings of analyses with management. Shared new/improved knowledge with teammates by writing and contributing to Jira Confluence pages.
