Having just been on a Zoom session about climate coaching, I have resolved to take a look at my profile and how it can reflect my values more in terms of climate change awareness and action..... so...Kate is a values-driven executive coach and coach supervisor. Currently director of Piaffirm, she has worked abroad and in the UK as a lecturer,has a background in local government in personnel and education, and is an established national coach and development specialist, with a demonstrable track record of successful delivery of management and organisational development, working with teams and individuals. She is an ILM (institute of Leadership and Management) internal quality assurer for supervision Level (L) 7 and external quality assurer for organisations offering Level 5 and 7 coaching and mentoring and L7 coaching supervision. She has had clients in all sectors and in all shape and sizes of organisations; challenges and supports those whose values she shares and those who think differently. Her qualifications include 3 degrees, 2 diplomas and several certificates, but she's not a paper chaser, just always eager to learn and support others learning as best she can!
