Responsible for managing the awarding of $1 million in scholarship funds for fiscal years 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.Coordinated scholarship applications, memorandums of understanding, and other legal and organizational documents.Generated statistical and qualitative reporting for external grant. Created 300+ fiscal year endowment reports for donors. Assisted with planning and logistics of donor relations events. Communicated daily with donors and Georgia College administration, faculty, staff, and students through a variety of platforms. Developed and carried out personalized stewardship plans for selected top donors using a creative and donor-centric approach. Initiated and worked with senior-level marketing class for university’s first celebration of Student Engagement and Philanthropy Day. Drafted and edited stewardship letters for the President of Georgia College as well as the Vice President of Advancement. Led implementation of NextGen Scholarship Management System.
