• Assist with the planning and execution of key National Sponsorship Activity.• Management and marketing of key regional sponsorships and events.• Management of regional golf marketing program - coordinating a comprehensive on-course tasting schedule. • Management of ski resort promotion programs at Boyne Resorts and Wachusett Mountain, driving sales with comprehensive sponsorship and hands-on promotional programming at each resort.• Assist with content creation across all social platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, www.goslingsrum.com.• Assist in the creation of POS and marketing materials for use in the trade.• Serve as Gosling's Rum's on premise and off premise representative for NH, MA, ME, and RI, providing promotional support and building lasting relationships with new and existing accounts. • Working independently and with distributor sales reps to increase sales and new placements in each state. Conducting staff trainings and education on Goslings Rum.• Support Gosling’s Crew Drives in New England; other markets as necessary.• Represent Gosling's Rum at consumer tastings and industry events in the local market, and travel to represent the brand at high-profile events in other markets.• Responsible for focusing and training the distributor sales team on Goslings Rums by planning, attending and participating in sales team brand presentations.• Management of Sales and Marketing Intern

• Assist with key regional sponsorships and events, including delivery of appropriate materials, communicating with venue, attending events.• Serve as an on premise representative for NH, MA and RI, providing promotional support and building lasting relationships with new and existing accounts. Work with the Brand Manager and Castle Brands sales managers to increase sales and new placements in each state. • Make cold calls to sold and unsold account to increase points of distribution; conducting staff training and education on Goslings Rums as needed.• Help prepare for market visits; finalize group itineraries, arrange restaurant and tour reservations, and serve as a contact to out of town guests.• Assist with content creation across all social platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. • Conduct consumer tastings at on premise and off premise accounts as needed.• Represent Goslings Rum at consumer tastings and industry events in the local market.• Management of multiple projects at once, often requiring work during evenings and weekends.
