I am a driven and tenacious individual with over 15 years’ experience in the flexible workspace industry. Having worked for a variety of providers, I am an experienced senior manager with a wealth of skills, experience and contacts.In September 2018 I set up KJP Consulting, specialising in the successful launch of new flexible workspace buildings. I am available on a consultancy basis, providing support and advice on all areas of the industry, from day to day operations to sales and marketing strategy.

I am available on a consultancy basis, providing support and advice on all areas of the industry, from day to day operations to sales and marketing strategy.Some areas I can assist with:• Evaluating potential properties/business opportunities• Competition analysis• Business modelling: advising on potential income streams, costs and profitability• Design: floor plans, density, inventory mix, layout and ‘look and feel’ to maximise financial and operational performance• Price and promotional strategy• Market position and branding• Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation plan covering all channels and revenue streams• Broker and Commercial Agent Relationships • Sales process and training at all levels of the business• Advise on operational aspects from IT and telecoms, fit out, furniture, staff, systems and processes• Recruitment, training and development of all team members• Plus intervention and turnaround in underperforming buildingsSubject to availability I am available to work on projects either on a regular/ongoing basis, or to provide ad-hoc advisory.
