Oversee the development and implementation of programs and strategies for donors and prospects in support of Metroparks annual, major gifts, and special campaigns to advance the current and future needs of Metroparks. Partner with Chief Philanthropy Officer to evolve and grow the Foundation’s systems, processes, and communications during a significant time of growth (Foundation re-established in 2017) as we execute the largest campaign in Metroparks history ($225 million) to build the country’s best riverwalk in downtown Toledo.

Responsible for creating a comprehensive annual development strategy, processes, policies, and infrastructure to support the Foundation in its effort to become a sustainable development program. Lead the philanthropic team and provide oversight for all development activity including cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts and corporate partnerships.
