Main Tasks as Testing Manager Deputy:- understanding of business processes;- creating and management of testing documentation (Development Project Scope Document, TestPlan, Testing Analysis, Product Build Assessment Review Checklist, Testing Summary);- preparation query-documentation for testing environment updates (Software Installation andSoftware Synchronization Forms);- Release Note verification;- management and evaluation of the test process;- international standards review to defining quality criteria for testing (according to ISO 9001:2008);- management of techniques, infrastructure and tools to be used in the testing process;- progress monitoring of issues throughout lifecycle and effectively communication to identifypotential critical component failures and adopting an action to mitigate effects of failure;- conducting risk management audits and actions to minimize exposures;- allocation appropriate resources to maintenance activities, balancing cost and risk;- communication at all levels to ensure appropriate resources are deployed internally or externally to minimize outages;- testing environment updating with new build version.Main Tasks as Testing Engineer:- Understanding of testing goals and tasks, role of testing in particular project, lifecycle of a testingprocess;- design, preparation and conducting the different sorts of tests (functional, integration, performance, usability, stress etc.) according to base techniques (Boundary testing, equivalence classes etc.)- requirements and documentation analysis;- test's prioritization;- functional and non-functional testing;- communication with product analysts and product architect to resolving controversial issues;- work with Bug Tracking Systems;- tutoring activities, preparations and conducting seminars.
