I am passionate about education in the early years, as I believe that strong sense of self efficacy and positive attitudes and dispositions toward learning are vital skills for every child's educational journey, as well as for life. Therefore, early years education must support children’s individuality, strengths, and interests as they are in the present, as well as facilitate the growth of skills, attitudes, and dispositions that are necessary for future learning. My goal is to create a learning environment that supports all children to achieve their own best possible outcome, considering individual needs, ability and interests.
