Working for the second oldest Private school in Dubai, adapting to many different cultures and religions to deliver excellent customer service while being sensitive to individual needs.Being the first point of contact both in person and on the telephone to welcome parents, students and visitors and manage all enquires.Working closely with the Primary Head and the SLT team to ensure the smooth running of the school and the ongoing communication between admin, teachers, maintenance, security and the secondary school.Creating many new procedures across the school including fire procedures and stationary tracking and recording to reduce budget costs.Registration and Absence recording and Monitoring ensuring that accurate records are kept to produce monthly reports sent to the Primary Head and following up with calls and letters.Working with ISAMS, GDrive, Excel and management of calendars to book school facilities for both teachers and externally for outside organisations.Working with the Primary Head and Registrar to book and conduct tours of the Primary school for prospective parents.Attending exhibitions to promote the school by speaking to members of the public and taking tour bookings and details from prospective parents.Managing petty cash.Training – Safeguarding / First Aid / Fire Marshal / Health and Safety / Equality and Diversity.
