As part of the Sport Science and Medicine team, and under the leadership of the High Performance Manager, I am responsible for all aspects of Sport Science within the AFLW program. This predominantly includes the collection and analysis of GPS data, derived from all training session and matches, as well as curating databases and reports to effectively showcase qualitative and quantitative metrics and their impacts on our athlete pool. Furthermore, I will work closely with other staff, such as the Physiotherapist and Nutritionist, to pass on any relevant information or collaborate on ideas that will enable enhanced performance for individual athletes and the program as a whole.

Working in the consumer department and under the General Manager of Consumer and Marketing, my primary role is to ensure that existing memberships within the club are maintained. This will be achieved through elevated communication with all members and stakeholders of the club, through various communication platforms, in person meetings and member events. Furthermore, I will be building and implementing retention strategies that will be implemented in order to improve the club’s yearly retention percentages, boosting total member numbers year to year.

Working under the Head of Women’s Football, my role predominantly consists of assistance in sports administration and managerial work. This partly includes the upkeep and running of programs such as the VaxxVault System and Smartabase Athlete Management System, ensuring compliance is met by all staff and players of the AFLW program.

Working with the Sport Science and Sport Medicine team (SSSC) to continue establishing a top tier high performance program. Under the direction and guidance of the Head of Strength and Conditioning and Sport Science, I am responsible for the collection and analysis of all GPS data obtained from training sessions and games for the GWS AFLW team, along with assisting in any other facets of the program. Furthermore, I am to ensure constant communication and reporting where needed is maintained, enabling coaches and strength and conditioning staff to make decisions based off quantitative and qualitative data as well as their own professional judgement.

Directly responsible for collecting, collating and analysing all GPS and wellness data from the Shute Shield Men's Team, whilst also creating fluid communication systems for this data between all staff at the club in order to ensure an increase in athletic performance output and holistic wellbeing.

Working with the men's Shute Shield and women's first grade teams collating and analysing data from training sessions and games in order to improve and enhance athlete's training and game experience as well as overall performance.

• Select and coach girls at a Junior A (14-15 year old’s) and Senior A (15+) level in the Independent Girls Schools Sporting Associations Water Polo Competition and Annual Danebank School for Girls Invitational Water Polo Competition.

• Weekly supervision of transport and training sessions for all year levels in a variety of sports.• Responsible for maintenance and distribution of sporting equipment.

• Select and coach girls at a Junior A (14-15 year old’s) and Senior A (15+) level in annual schools sporting fixtures• Oversee the day to day running and designing of training curriculum of the Women’s Water Polo Program in direction from the Head of Coaching and Development as well as NSW PDHPE Curriculum.

• Engaged with WPNSW stakeholders in the implementation of state and club based skill development training camps.• Trained and coached a WPNSW invitational team as the WPNSW Under 12’s Water Polo Festival.

• Responsible for venue management, liaison with all stakeholders from IGSA executives, school representatives, coaches, parents and students.• Management of incident reports and venue logistics in conjunction with IGSSA head office.
