Led and mentored a team of senior contract specialists in the ongoing execution of NSPO requirements, including the ACAT II Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM) program. Served as the face of NAVSEA 02 in interactions with 12 ESSM NATO consortium nations.CHIEF OF STAFF, SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER, CONTRACTS DIRECTORATEFebruary 2013 - October 2013Led a team of nearly 80 acquisition professionals executing U.S. Navy Fleet maintenance requirements at NAVSEA's largest ship repair contracting office.Served as the principal strategic advisor to the Chief of the Contracting Office, responsible for overseeing an annual organizational budget of US$1.1 billion and the execution of over 5,000 contracting actions.PCO, STANDARD MISSILE-2 (SM-2)September 2012 - February 2013Responsible for the contractual oversight of production efforts for the U.S. Navy’s primary surface-to-air defense weapon and an annual portfolio of US$214 million.
