Experience gained in various health/ social/ charity organisations over the past 12 years. Experienced in group workshop design and facilitating lessons. Key working/ support planning and risk assessing. Managing service users both in residential and outreach community setting. Skilled at empowering vulnerable client groups such as young people, brain injury sufferers, rough sleepers, domestic abuse survivors as well as individuals with substance misuse issues. Privileged to have received a county wide award for Contributions to Equality through “Building Better Opportunities Project” in 2019, whilst working as a Change Coach for Addaction/ Positive People. Efforts were recognised in the promotion of women’s empowerment. I achieved this by facilitating weekly support of women within a refuge setting and in a young mothers facility. Providing them with the tools to achieve their goals through confidence building, key working, funding applications and social events.
