About Kate Rosenberg

I am an innovative social entrepreneur with a passion for human rights. I have always been inspired by the development of new solutions to old problems and I have been involved in the establishment of several social and cultural startups including a scholarship program for African asylum seekers in Israel (Tov Lada'at) and the nonprofit Keren Baktana (the "Little Foundation") which served to revolutionise philanthropy amongst young professionals in Israel through the development of giving circles. Today, based back in my home town of Melbourne, Australia, I am lucky enough to work with Human Rights Watch as the Acting Associate Director of Development and Outreach - connecting philanthropists passionate about human rights to one of the worlds most significant human rights organisations.
