I have worked in a retail environment from the age of 16 through to present day. During my varying job roles, I have learnt many skills of which include working with and managing people, hosting events and seeking new venues, working towards sale targets and driving the team. As well as working towards a personal goal and various KPIs in a commission based environment.My current role at Charlotte Tilbury requires me to have a huge passion and be an advocate for the brand. In order to motivate and inspire my team, my role requires an elevated level of artistry, knowledge and provide a great level of customer service also. My current role is a hybrid of artistry and leadership, I feel I have gained a lot more commercial awareness in my current role. Within the various working environments I have worked in I have been adaptable, always keen to learn and pride myself on working well as part of a team. I love working with people and sharing a goal, but I also love working individually towards something more personal. My passion lies within the beauty industry, especially educating and transforming people into their best selves, what I currently do is so much more than make up, it’s gifting people confidence, knowledge and making a real difference to someone’s day.
