Drawing on global experience gained from working for EDS, WPP, News Ltd, Commonwealth Bank and Alemba, I have focussed my career on delivering ITIL aligned ITSM and toolset transformation. I have over twenty years’ experience of driving continuous improvement and service excellence in IT. I have recently improved alignment to ITIL best practice and implemented integrated service management toolsets within organisations such as Luxair, Hiscox, Capita, Amey and Pallas Foods. With Hiscox we together received industry recognition for Continuous Service Improvement as Runner up in the RealIT Awards for service management toolset implementation. Highlights• End to end delivery of ITSM e-Business solutions, including; Initial scoping and specification, Business process analysis & alignment to ITIL processes, Design, build and delivery of all helpdesk functions and automated workflows, Integration with Email, Active Directory and asset-discovery toolsets, End User training and go-live support.• Achieved significant ITSM process efficiencies for WPP GroupM IT (20,000 FTEs) with cost savings in the region of 3 million GBP by deploying best practise process and the ITIL aligned ITSM (FrontRange) toolset.
