Oversee the administrative and operational activities that support all programs. Design and implement efficient policies, procedures, and systems that improve quality of programs and support growth.Direct budgeting process for the program department. Manage the effective use of program funds through development of program budgets & budget revisions, and tracking of fiscal resources.Design and oversee the implementation of the organization's program evaluation strategy to assess programmatic impact, monitor service delivery and quality, and to support impact reporting.Collaborate with development department in the creation and completion of grant proposals and reportsExecute HR tasks for program staff, volunteers, and interns, including maintaining program personnel records and completing payroll. Coordinate program staff, volunteer, and intern recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision, including direct supervision of 3 FTE staff and various internsAs a member of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborate and help guide organizational strategy and development.
